2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk07 complies with the laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. pk07 does not represent or warrant that use of the Services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. If online gaming or sports betting is prohibited under the laws applicable to you, you must not use pk07.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one pk07 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.1 Registration Requirement. To access real-money services on pk07, you must complete the account registration process. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and chosen payment method.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 account credentials, including your username and password. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure. You may close your pk07 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets or unsettled games at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules. pk07 reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Supported Methods. pk07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency methods.
4.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers are typically processed within one to three business hours during standard banking days. Cryptocurrency deposits confirm subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are processed within the following indicative timelines: JazzCash/Easypaisa – 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfers – one business day; USDT TRC20 – 30 minutes; Skrill/Neteller – one to four hours. These timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on verification requirements or exceptional circumstances.
4.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Such requirements are specified in the applicable bonus terms and must be met in full prior to any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on pk07 are subject to anti-money laundering ("AML") monitoring. pk07 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make deposits on the account.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. pk07 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type as published on the pk07 platform.
5.2 Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a game, round, or bet, pk07 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. pk07 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
5.3 Results and Settlement. Sports betting results will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Casino and slot game results are final upon completion of each round and are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game outcomes recorded on camera.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. pk07 reserves the right to apply maximum winning limits per bet, per day, or per account. Applicable limits are communicated within individual game rules or upon request to customer support.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotions and bonuses offered by pk07 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which may include account status, verification level, deposit history, and geographic restrictions. pk07 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or exploiting bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. 10.2 pk07 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to pk07 may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond pk07's control without prior notice.
10.3 In all cases where pk07 is found liable, the total aggregate liability of pk07 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk07 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk07 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk07, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk07 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. All connections to pk07 are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
pk07 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the pk07 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of pk07 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using pk07 and may close your account by contacting customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk07 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pk07 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by pk07 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
